The site visit was conducted on 9 & 10 September 2008 to Peciko MWP-A Platform, arranged by PT Technip as a part of PECIKO 7A Project to verify the existing conditions of field instruments, panels, and Instrument tray Layout.
2.0 SITE SURVEY OBJECTIVES
A. Check existing single well control module at existing WHCP (1-CP-10030) which would be reconfigured to be commingle:
B. Check tubing connection on existing WHCP (1-CP-10030) which would be disconnected from existing field instruments and to be connected to the new WHCP (1-CP-10031) as per P&ID
C. Check and verify location plan for new WHCP
D. Check for ESD 3.1X interconnection tie-in point between single well control modules at existing WHCP (1-CP-10030) which would be reconfigured to be commingled as per P&ID
E. Check tie-in point for ESD interconnection between existing WHCP (1-CP-10030) and new WHCP
F. Check location and spare space for RTU Extension
G. Check spare tubing tray for :
Tubing connections from new WHCP extension to field instruments at new splitter wellhead flow lines (PSHH -10X12, PSLL -10X12, PSHH-10X14, PSLL-10X13) and splitter wellheads Valves (DHSVs, Master Valves and Wing Valves).
H. Check spare at Erosion Monitoring System (EMS) for adding new sensors at new splitter well flow lines.

Check line driver
I. Check spare at existing F&G Panel for installing new Gas Detector
J. 24 VDC Electrical Distribution Board adequacy check for new instruments power supply.
3.0 SITE SURVEY REPORT OBJECTIVES
A. The objectives of the site survey report is to highlight the findings and concerns along with photos, sketches, drawings as necessary.
B. It is also the objective of this report for the company’s/client’s confirmation/decision for the various recommendations put forth, based on the site survey findings.
