Kabaena is a mountainous island at the tip of the peninsula of Southeast Sulawesi. The island is now a part of the administration area Bombana District, the results of the 2003 expansion of Buton Regency. Natural character of the mountains, Kabaena by itself presents a beautiful panorama.
Unless the potential of tourism, the Earth Island Kabaena also contain various types of minerals (minerals). One mineral that in recent years exported to China, is a nickel. Nickel is transported in the form of ore (ore).
Exotic Island Kabaena stark contrast to the socio-economic conditions of life that most people still chained poverty.
