TOTAL Tambora gas field is located in East Kalimantan (Indonesia) on the inner margin of the Mahakam river Delta in swamp area. To meet its production requirements, TOTAL has decided to develop its existing Tambora field facilities.
The Contract of TB-2 / EPSC-1 For New GTS's and Modifications / Tie -Ins To Existing Facilities include the development of:
a) Two (2) new GTS's including their associated adjacent and remote wellhead platforms, dedicated remote platforms, walkways, offsites and vent system; b) Extension of GTS 2 and its associated adjacent wellhead platforms, walkways, offsites and vent system; c) Six (6) Remote Wellhead Platforms (RWHP), Modification of existing GTS 1 and GTS 2, including one dedicated Vent KO Drum platform and one Vent system for each GTS; d) Modification of all new telemetry/ telecommunications and control system at Tatun; e) Tie-in works; f) and The development of well Conductor pipes for all adjacent and remote wellhead platforms.
ABI SERVICES : ABI was appointed as a design subcontractor to undertake overall performance of detailed design and engineering of the gas field including pre engineering survey. The scope includes: Endorsement of the Design Dossier, performance of Detailed Engineering; Updating Existing Platforms Engineering including site surveys; Provision of final documentation and Provision of services and facilities for COMPANY representatives during engineering stage.
